Proposed as two separate applications the first fronting Oldfield Road in Bickley and providing 5 flats including a large penthouse to the upper floor. A previous scheme was refused for six flats and is currently pending an appeal. The images are of the reduced scheme yet to be determined.

A further site is in the rear northwest corner of the site, the previously refused scheme was a white box very modern design but was considered unacceptable to the council for its design. Again, this is currently pending an appeal. The images are of the reduced “in keeping” scheme yet to be determined.
