Neal is an experienced Architectural and Urban Designer with a demonstrated history working within the residential sector for both private developers and Housing Associations. He also has a long history of working with domestic clients on a wide range of projects of all scales.

Neal has experience across RIBA stages 1-3, with sites that have varied in size from single bespoke dwellings through to 100+ units.

Neal was responsible for the concept design of Woodside (images below), a project featured in the Wall Street Journal. A beautiful new build house with all the character of an old Georgian rural family home. Situated on what could arguably be described as the best plot in the prestigious Chelsfield Park with its easy commute into London.
 
The property has a real country house feel to it, and a well-thought-out layout to cater for family life. Built on a magnificent 3/4 acre plot, this significant home of approximately 7,300 sq. feet has a reclaimed slate roof, stone porch, extensive gravel drive and very large south facing garden with incredible views of the surrounding countryside and woodland.
 
Neal graduated from the University of Greenwich and the University of Westminster. He is a member BNI Keane Bromley FC.
